This collaboration, between one of the founders of the famous San Francisco avant-garde group Tuxedomoon, Steven Brown, and his Mexican friends has produced a very interesting result. Although, perhaps not perfect, this somewhat raw mix of rhythms, with melancholic saxophone and occasional bursts of unbridled energy, above all reminds me of Mexico because it's wide palette. If we look, e.g. pictures of Frida Khalo or a plate of Mexican food we will see one thing: an assembly of bright colors and intense flavors, all in one place. We have the same situation here.
